Bookings

Most tours are booked through our trusted partners (GetYourGuide, Viator). The booking terms, payment and cancellation policy shown at checkout on that partner apply to your booking.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation windows and refunds are set per tour and shown at the time of booking. Many tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance — check the tour and partner terms.

Conduct & safety

Tours are guided walking experiences. Please follow your guide's instructions and local laws and customs. Some tours have age or health restrictions noted on the tour page.
